As you know I am a new listener to your show and listened to the first two shows and thought they were great. I thought I was listening to episode 3 and realized it was your latest and thought this show was great. I appreciate your honesty about loneliness and it really made me think of the time after my relationship ended with my ex who had been together for 13 years. It was a horrible time in my life but as you mentioned you need to take the time to think about what is good in your life and then really look at things you want to change. I began to work out more, turned 40 and then signed up to a do a mini marathon and then started my podcast. My life has totally changed for the better in so many ways and I am really lucky. A year and half ago I met Joe my new partner and things are going well with him and so life can be better just have to hang in until a new love comes into your life. I really enjoy your show and looking forward to your future shows as I get caught up wtih the rest of the older ones.

Oh my! You’ve been Rambled!
Anyway, so, I actually started thinking a lot about loneliness and stuff during this podcast. OMG, I can’t believe I just typed that sentence. Oh well. I’m thinking about doing a rather extended talk about it. So was this a voluntary gelding your friend underwent?
